Innovatively Creative Conceptual Consulting (IC3) is a dynamic, community-focused consulting firm committed to empowering marginalized and disadvantaged communities through a broad spectrum of support services and innovative initiatives. Established in 2021, IC3 operates as a Maryland-based LLC with a mission to uplift underserved populations by offering small business support, marketing strategies, resume and job acquisition assistance, mental health therapy services, live entertainment programming, public school music assemblies, and community development proposals. The organization also champions the implementation of Metro Connect services to bridge transportation gaps in isolated communities.
IC3 envisions a future where thriving, self-sustaining neighborhoods are accessible to all particularly in Washington, DC’s Wards 7 and 8. The company aims to secure a state-of-the-art facility that will serve as both a headquarters and a community hub, as well as to develop safe and engaging play areas that nurture youth in underserved areas.

Our Founder
The company is led by Raushanah McGhee, a visionary founder with a background in psychology and project management. Driven by a passion for community betterment, Raushanah is also the author of Reality Rhymes Poet Tea Relation Therapy, a poetry-based therapeutic series. A dedicated wife and mother of two, she brings lived experience, academic insight, and heartfelt commitment to every initiative IC3 undertakes.
